Andrew McSpadden

Prior to forming Trinity Advisers in 2003, Andrew led the EMEA Satellite investment banking practice within Media and Telecom at Credit Suisse.

He formed Trinity Advisers together with Victor Horcasitas in order to provide financial advisory services to clients independently of Credit Suisse.

Mr. McSpadden joined Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), a predecessor of Credit Suisse, in 1991. Based in London since 1996, Mr. McSpadden has been focused on European Media and Telecom clients for 25 years.  Previously, Mr. McSpadden was a member of the European Leveraged Finance Group and the High Yield and Private Placements Group in New York.

Eric Le Proux de La Rivière

Eric Le Proux has worked in and for the telecommunications, media and IT industries for over 35 years.

Prior to joining Trinity Advisers, he was the founder and CEO of Vista Advisers, a strategic consulting firm specialising in the satellite and telecommunications sectors. 

Mr. Le Proux continued to manage the business after its acquisition by Aon France in 2005.

He began his career with Motorola Semiconductors and then moved to Hewlett-Packard where he held various technical positions in the mainframe terminals and PC businesses with various HP divisions around the world.

Victor Horcasitas

Mr. Victor Horcasitas has over eleven years of advisory experience with an emphasis on information technology (IT), software development and telecommunications. 

Mr. Horcasitas co-founded Trinity Advisers in 2003 to provide consulting and advisory services to clients in the telecoms, media and IT sectors.

Prior to Trinity Advisers, Victor led multiple software development teams at Nastech and new business initiatives to regulate the NASDAQ market in support of the Quality of Markets fraud detection and investor protection programs.  Mr. Horcasitas managed the full life-cycle development process, implementation and operation of three mission critical applications.
